Making A Hotel Reservation
You must use a credit card
to guarantee a reservation. Total value
of your reservation will be charged on
your credit card when we re-confirm your
booking by email (popularly used) or fax
with hotel voucher attached. Receipt of
this amount will be sent after we have
received bank's notice, normally 2-3
working days later ( Paypal normally
takes only in an hour )
Amendments to your reservation must be
notified to and agreed by Vietnam Travel
Channel
Cancellation & Cancellation Fee
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to
us via email or fax. You do not have to
pay any cancellation fee if you cancel
your reservation more than seven (7)
working days before the check-in date.
In that case, we shall return this
amount to your credit card
Otherwise, if you cancel your
reservations within seven (7) working
days prior to the check-in date, the
cancellation fee equivalent to the value
of 1 night will be charged as the
hotel's no-show policy.
Make a Tour Booking
Children Policy
Children under 12 years are generally
granted a reduction of 30% of the tour price, provided that they
are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stay in
the same room. An extra bed is fully charged as an adult.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person plus bank
charges (credit card/bank transfer processing fees) is required
upon confirmation of your booking (If this amount is less than
US$100, a US$100 per person deposit will apply). Once a deposit
is received it is understood that you have read, understood and
accepted all our Terms and Conditions .
The remaining balance of the tour price (70%) is due upon
arrival in Vietnam, payable at our offices in Vietnam . Cash is
preferred to reduce any processing fees that may affect your
cost.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to
us via fax or email. The following rules apply for
cancellations:
- More than thirty (30) days prior to departure: The total
deposit paid to us (20% or US$ 100) less the administrative fee
in accordance with canceling advanced arrangements, will be
valid for one (1) year from the date the deposit was received.
During this time (365 days) the amount can be applied to other
tours and services. After one (1) year the deposit amount is
forfeited.
- Less than Thirty (30) days prior to departure: Complete
forfeiture of deposit, due to hotel charges we incur for guest
no-shows.
Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to
accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other
services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the
tour members.
Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been
received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure.
These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed
out by participants and retained as a receipt.
Responsibility
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers
maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not
responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that
result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
Vietnamhorisontravel, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies,
servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in
contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person
or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused
directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
Validity
This information is valid at the time of publication
but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should
any changes occur, they will be posted on the website
immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change
after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which
the deposit was paid shall apply.
Refunds
At Viet Value Travel, you do not have to
pay for anything you do not get as we have committed with you
while making your reservation. Moreover, any kind of fault
services under our control will be refunded to customers. Please
do let us know if you are in one or all of cases below:

Air - conditioner does not
work at all

Poor, rude or irrespective
tour guides and drivers

Any tour activities missed on
our commitment itinerary
